Returns and Refund Policy

Your new shoes don't feel just right? No problem. We'll work with you to determine what's not right and find a new pair that feel amazing or we'll simply give you a refund. 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from RunnersWorld Tulsa, you may return it within 30-days of purchase for exchange or refund. If it has been 14 days after date of purchase you can receive the full refund amount back to your original method of purchase. From 15 to 30 days after your purchase, and you will receive your full refund amount in the form of an exchange or store credit. ​Most items in new condition will receive a refund or exchange. Some items, such as clearance items, may have a modified return policy and may be denied a refund or exchange based on that modified return policy. We do not charge a restocking fee, all you have to do is bring the shoe into the store.
